Thai Sabai is owned and managed by Saiphin Poole.

Born in Thailand, Saiphin has 20 years of experience in the international catering industry. She was formerly the owner-manager of renowned Hong Kong restaurant Tuk-Tuk Thai.

Saiphin is a natural chef. She has invented dozens of her own Thai and Fusion dishes, many of which are exclusively available through Thai Sabai.

In addition to catering for dinner parties and office parties, Saiphin also conducts one-on-one Thai cooking classes and workshops for bigger groups.
